I've just been informed that my best friend, since elementary, has died...She drowned in El Savador at the beach trying to save her little brother from the current...I-I just can't believe it...This is what my friend sent me: "I know you and Kathy were best friends, I'm sorry for your lost :'(" WHY...JUST WHY. I'm crying so hard right now...She was my best friend, and we faded ever since middle school and I haven't talked to her since then...I feel like a bad person....I should've kept in contact... The worst part is, her funeral is in El Savador...I'm not able to afford that at all, and it's too far away especially with my fear of planes.

EDIT - Everything went fine ;u; I tried not to think about it and the parents were really understandable about it. I've been having a sort of "Chain Reaction" type of anxiety, when one fear or thought triggers, the rest of them trigger along. It's been going on for 3 years, and now it's really starting to get annoying because my anxiety has taken over my mind, and it's holding me back from doing various things I WANT to do, but can't. I cannot leave my home, I can't go on a airplane, and I can't invite others over. Home alone in my room is the only way I can feel comfortable. Whenever I do leave, I can't eat, or drink or else it'll come righ
